  • The Scenarios tab is now a dropdown menu with three new options:
    • Calendars (for scheduling workforce needs)
    • Drivers (for adjusting key workforce factors)
    • Iterations (for scenario comparisons)
  1. More User-Friendly Editing Tools
  • The Edit and Delete buttons have been moved to a convenient side action bar.
  • Users can search for specific iterations by name using a new predictive search feature.

  • The new Manage options let users customize how iterations appear on the screen:
    • Expand: View the full list of iterations.
    • Collapse: Show only the two most recent iterations (with live iterations staying visible).
    • Hide: Roll up the entire list.
  1. Enhanced Dashboard Experience
  • The name of the selected iteration now appears at the top of the dashboard.
  • Clicking on any graph, chart, or list opens a pop-up with detailed information.
  • Users can hover over charts to see more details.

  1. Actionable Notifications
  • Mobile users can now take immediate action on certain notifications without opening the full app.
  • Android: All types of notifications are now interactive.
  • iOS: Initially supports Punch, GoTo, and Time-off Request notifications, with full support arriving in the 1.13.1 update on January 6, 2025.
  • Example: A manager can approve a time-off request or mark a shift as completed directly from a notification.
  1. Landscape Mode for Better Viewing
  • The app now supports landscape mode, allowing users to work more efficiently on larger screens like tablets.
  • For UKG Talk (messaging system), full landscape support will be available with the 1.13.1 update on January 6, 2025.
